When we first arrived we were received by Murat. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Our room had a perfect view to the sea. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Murat in reception who went above and beyond and always smiling. Rooms were a little small but perfectly adequate. Nice comfortable bed and had everything you needed. The only criticism i have is that the tea and coffee was not topped up. You had to ask at reception. Breakfast was nice and enough choice although not cheap for 20 euros. Would definitely stay there again

The property is very small compared to other Radisson hotels. There is no elevator, nobody is there to help you with your luggage once you get to the hotel, there is no pool. Rooms are tiny. The biggest plus is location, of course. It's walkable to all old town sightseeings: Blue mosque, Aya Sofia, grand bazar, etc. And it's right by the water.
