Couch is dirty and could use a vacuum, and the bathroom is very inconvenient. No shelf to put your own toiletries in the shower, no fan in the bathroom, and the toilet is lifted for some reason, to the point where it’s extremely uncomfortable to use if you’re shorter than 5’6. I was also woken up early to men talking and banging on my window; I called the front desk and they said it was window cleaning, but it was a truly terrifying way to be woken up as a solo woman. They claimed that flyers were left to let people know that window cleaning was happening, but I didn’t get one. I asked to move rooms because of this, and they told me they would let me know how they were going to handle it and then never called me back. The rooms also have absolutely no soundproofing, so you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing.
The food at kitchen commons was great though, and all of the employees I interacted with in person were lovely
