The staff who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Grocery stores nearby with a cafe which serves great coffee and pastries. The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They have a very welcoming attitude where they make you feel like home. The room is well sized. Everything was clean with no issues, except that the soap dispenser needs to be cleaned. Overall, a great choice in Milan. 12 minutes walking to the Duomo.
