Good morning, I generally donât go out of my way to complain to corporate in reference to faulty accommodations, or lack there of, but I felt that I needed to bring this to your attention. We stayed at the Flagler Inn Palm Coast, this hotel had doors that slammed the entire night. Iâm talking about every person that entered the door slammed, every person that left the room door was slammed! The door should be replaced, the strikes are not working! My husband worked 20 years as a national sales manager for steel door, servicing hotels .
It was awful, uncomfortable stay!
I donât even know why we stayed there for the entire week, but we did. I would really appreciate if somebody could address this and refund my money as this is not a place that I would recommend weâve weâve stayed at other best westerns in Venice, Fl and weâve had excellent service this was by far not what we expected. The staff was courteous, but thatâs about the only thing that was good there, thank you for your attention.
