The checkin was looong. Only one employee doing check-in. With two people in front of me, I waited 15 minutes. The person doing the check-in did not seem affected by it, or compelled to provide us in line an assurance, or comfort, that we'll be ultimately served, or that he wait is out of the ordinary.
This is a well used property. Looks clean and maintained, but everything shows signs of wear and, literally, tear. My bed covers looked like someone put them through a lawn-mower. Holes and tears are in such places that they either don't really care any more, or have no money to maintain and replace worn out things.
