The stay was as always lovely me and my husband come to this resort every time we need a getaway. The room was as always clean no issues loves the view. Thebonly suggestion i would is customer service at the front desk checking in was great welcoming loved it checking out as always the young lady acts as of someone os aggravating her she looks very depressing and not happy to be on her job. Otherwise we loved loved our stay and will continue to come here every time.

Nice stay for a little R & R.
A very nice three day weekend stay. Check in was quick and easy. I was impressed by the concierge.The staff at the door were accommodating and very friendly to the guest. The swimming pool and hot tub are a nice size. The room was nice however, a little more effort towards cleaning needs to be addressed. Location was good for shopping and eating. Will stay here again.

Great hotel with bad management and disorganized
My stay was ok. The hotel is a little outdated on the outside and could use a refresh. However, the room was nice and clean other than sticky stuff on the windows. My biggest issue was communication within the building. I went down to extend my rental the night before departure for one day. It was $99 if I did it at the desk and the lady told me I could get a better deal if I booked a new reservation so I did and provided the booking number to the front desk. The next morning someone just walks in our room without knocking. Somehow I get blamed for not notifying the front desk and said that I needed to come down at 11. Overall just disorganized from staff. Need a better system or at least have housekeeping knock and say housekeeping so that way nothing happens as things could have ended bad if it was someone else. There was also someone who knocked on the door at 11:30am telling me I overstayed my time and I had to inform them again that I had extended. Just really frustrated with the disorganization on the last day and it’s something that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later!

I have spent a couple of weeks here ! I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. From the staff , to the rooms, to all the amenities! Everything was perfect! I needed peace in my life right now and I couldn’t have stayed at a more peaceful hotel.
