Very Disappointed in cleanliness of these rooms. There was urine around back of toilet rust at base of toilet and tub still had stains in it. The air conditioner unit was rusted , as well as the base of the floor lamp. The lamp shade was full of dust and the sink counters were dirty as well. You think by putting these dim yellow lights in the room no one will notice. Happy I was able brought my own light.
It also makes me wonder if you didn’t clean the things in plain sight. What others items you may have skipped? Changing sheets or even towels.
Also how do you claim to be a 4 star hotel with a bottle of Log Cabin syrup on the table. They pancakes and eggs seems like they were microwaved
