Very loud music all night long from the clubs below. The rooms have terrible noise insulation and the hotel staff is loudly watching TV all night long.

Very small hotell, tiny room, bad ventilation, a distinct smell of smoke in the hall way, the receptionist clearly did not want to be at work. But: it was clean!

Excellent position for being in the heart of everything. Shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Just bad
- The room looks nicer on the pictures, than in reality - The slide door to the toilet had to be lifted, to close - The walls where so thin, that you could hear others take a shower

Not the best stay I've ever had
I know it was a cheap hotel so wasnt expecting greatness but the overall feel of the place was pretty downbeat. My room was situated right above an extremely noisy bar and asked if i could move to somewhere at the back of the hotel, i was told i could do it later? but in the end i was so tired i fell asleep. The shining light was the receptionist, hine, why he said was pronounced hunny. He was really friendly and extremely helpful in pointing out a car park where the hotel guests got a discount

Extremely satisfied with the service received especially at the reception, I would like to make a special mention to Kaissa, who attended me and offered me an exceptional service, being efficient, professional and very friendly.

3 nights in alicante
Room was dead center of the town which meant getting around was excellent, downside with being in the middle was the noise, even on the 3rd floor the bar next doors music continues till 4am, broken glass and rubbish every morning. As for the rooms clean but i dire need of maintenance, loose taps rusty metalwork generally tired.

Good value budget hotel
Location good for night life (not great for peace & quiet) lots of restaurants and bars close by. Staff cheerful and friendly. Daily housekeeping very good. Room clean, beds comfy, bathroom small but functional. Some minor gripes (bathroom door not closing 100%, window shutters tempermental, etc.) but didn't bother reporting them. Overall, a good value budget hotel. If I'd wanted better, I'd have paid more!

Huono
Central location, smell of damp in room, very noisy, can hear most things from other rooms and music from pubs below. Ear plugs recommended Some fool entered my room Lock your doors.

Central but disappointing
Great location but unfortunately this means lots of noise of a nighttime from a local bar/club Reception guy was really nice and check in was efficient The lift to the room is very small I just about fitted in with my suitcase and one bag Room was really clean soundproofing very poor and whenever somebody next door left their apartment there was a huge bang which made the whole of my apartment shake as all the doors are attached to a single long partition wall Bathroom was very poor with no shower door, the rain shower itself had come away from the wall and because there was no shower door the water went all over the bathroom making it dangerously slippy every time I took a shower. The toilet seat was loose and eventually came off all together in my hand Bed was comfortable and room was very clean the hotel has a lot of potential but better soundproofing, maintenance and general upkeep sorely needed Also the amenities on the site said water and coffee provided although there was a fridge and a coffee machine there none of this was provided
Bathroom needs maintenance it’s quite dangerous

Fantastic stay
So centrally located, you literally step out into a street bar 😬 yet no noise once you’re in your room!

Suitable for backpackers and partypeople
"Not great not terrible" as someone once said. It's located right in the party corners of the city so it's a perfect location if you want to stay up clubbing or gorging tapas all night long. Surprisingly quiet though, considering the circumstances. The staff by the counter spoke well enough English to get by without being fluent in Spanish so that's also a big bonus if you're one of those. The room itself was ok. Very robust but clean. What I didn't like though is that the TV didn't function, the exhaust fan for the bathroom was broken and the air conditioner was discoloured on the inside with something I presume was mold. Didn't look as grand overall as on the pictures. Considering all this I think it was somewhat overpriced. I'd recommend this for a more backpacker-minded traveler that wants to party all night long and doesn't spend too much time in the hotel - and want's to pay that little extra for a single room or with a companion instead of sleeping in a dorm.

No hot water, not what was expected.
I knew this was a budget hotel & that's all I wanted but it was still a surprise to have no hot water for 2 days & not even an apology from the doorman & that's all he is, there are no hotel staff onsite if you have a problem etc just a push the button doorman, if it hadn't been for no hot water it would of been comfortable enough for the price paid & for what is expected from a budget hotel but for 2 days of my 3 day stay it was quite grim. Also no cups with the coffee maker, i asked & was giving 1glass so got some takeaway cups from Starbucks, the air-conditioning makes a loud vibration noise all the time which is worse than the noise from outside atleast that stops at 4am & if you keep the window shut you can't hear it much, the aircon is much worse & you need it in December for the heating or you will freeze in the room. Check your door locks when you leave the room, mine didn't sometimes, the door lock was faulty & had to open & shut the door repeatedly till the lock engaged. I've stayed in lots of hotels in Alicante & around Europe from budget to luxury & i don't mind budget staying in hostels throughout Poland but I wouldn't stay here again, best spend another £100 & stay somewhere nice .

2/10 Poor

Walking distance to everything excellent but it’s next to a nightclub which didn’t close until 3:30 am so extremely noisy location with thud thud thud of the music. We booked a double delux room but got two single beds instead. We spoke to receptionist who said “push the beds together”. The bathroom was tiny with sink impeding the toilet. We could not close the shutter as it was broken so light from street streamed through the window all night. It may have blocked some of the noise had it been functioning correctly. The television remote did not work as batteries had corroded and reception couldn’t fix or replace it even though she tried but in the end just didn’t come back. We wouldn’t normally use the television but we wanted to block noise from the outside out. The worst part was blood splatter up the wall by the light switch. Definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel

Good for party, not for sleeping
The hotel is in a very central, busy and noisy location. The room is small and the stuff is not the most friendly, mostly because of the luck of English, I guess. The area is very noisy at night, clubs and bars play loud music until 4am.

Very rude staff!
I have stayed in hostels in Asia with creepy crawlies running round, I would choose these over this place anytime. The lady on the service desk was very rude.

Fantastic location for the city, restaurants and cafes all around. Great front desk staff who are always willing to help and advise. A pity that there is no in-house dining, but there is a lovely cafe ("10") directly outside, great staff and extremely friendly. The room, very spacious with comfortable twin beds, good supportive mattresses. Good air-conditioning, mini fridge, coffee machine. Wifi performs well. I had two phones and a laptop running simultaneously. Price/quality performance unbeatable. I will be back there again this year
