Was great in beginning. Allowed me to check in early. Room seemed fine. But the AC was a disaster. I did not know I needed to contact the front desk to turn on my AC. The first night was really really hot and I barely slept. The second day they came to fix it, but it did not work so they moved me to a different room on the third night. That room was much better and they upgrading me to a balcony room. No one ever notified me that I needed to let the front desk know what I wanted the temperature to be in my room. Apparently they have the main controls at the front desk. Also, the hotel is very far from the city center, so if you are looking for a place that is near the city center, and all of the attractions and restaurants you should not stay here. You can definitely grab the tram if you are in Fine and it is only a five minute walk away. I finally mastered this after the third day of staying there. It takes you directly in the city center, and also to the train station airport.
The gym was nice and the room was fine, but the hotel staff did not make any apologies for the issue with the air-conditioning and my lack of sleep. Just be sure when you check into this hotel that you let them know that you want a specific Celsius reading on your air conditioner in your room or else you will be spending many hot nights and days. I did have a cocktail in the bar and the bartender was very nice and made a great drink. I did not order food from the hotel, however.
