We checked into both of our rooms even though part of our party was not there. In a short span of 45 minutes they gave away our second room and moved another family in there. My daughters got a key and walked into the room, thankfully no one was there, but the room they moved them to did not have lights in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels and the light fixture was on the counter, and there was something brown in the tub, clearly the room was not ready to be rented out. After 3 calls to the front desk, several texts and my daughters missing the wedding we were there for, I finally had to go down and get it resolved. Ben at the front desk was extremely rude, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, and complained about staff, housekeeping and was clearly not happy with his job. After being told they would take care of the room, they decided differently when we went to check out. Do not recommend at all and as a Hilton Honors member, this is not how anyone should be treated.
