Solid 4 stars. One star removed just from my check in experience, rest was really good.
Very little was explained to me during check in. I was given an option of "top floor or bottom floor" and because I had a van full of stuff, which I said to the person checking me in, I opted for the bottom floor, just for ease of hauling a bunch of stuff with a toddler and a teenager. I was told I could use the front door or "the little glass door on the side" while pointing generally in the direction of the other lobby door.
I unloaded all the things to a luggage cart, entered through the lobby and looked for an elevator.
No elevator. Looked out front for a glass door, nothing but the one for the lobby.
They meant the side door on the far side of the building.
The side door, with a curb and no ramp, the side door that leads to more stairs up or down.
Just a simple explanation while checking in would have kept me from unloading in the carport and wandering around with a luggage cart that I could not use.
I don't care that my view was a bush at ground level, I don't care that the people above me were knocking on the floor like the cops at 9pm, not the properties fault. Just the extra step to explain the layout of the property at check in would have kept me from writing an essay.
