I regret booking this hotel due to the poor service and subpar experience. Unfortunately, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful, which is disappointing for a hotel industry., when I reported that the heating in the room wasn’t working, there was no assistance provided. The reception staff even suggested that I could book another hotel and return in the morning to speak with the manager, who was also unavailable the next day. My wife didn’t checked in due to this issue and she has confirmed the alternative
The rooms are poorly equipped, and the staff’s approach is not reflective of the standards expected in the hospitality industry. Breakfast was another letdown, with stale, repetitive items and unhygienic conditions. Despite house flies on the cheese, the staff member I approached dismissed my concerns, stating she could do nothing as she was working alone.
I would not recommend this hotel due to its lack of service and professionalism. Additionally, I urge Expedia to consider removing this hotel from its marketplace, as such behavior risks tarnishing the platform’s reputation. Providing more stringent quality checks for listed properties would greatly enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
