A good place to stay but not great.
The resort was overall a good experience. The biggest gripe I had was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and during the stay. The toilet and faucet area was minimally cleaned and in need of many cosmetic repairs. Shower didn’t drain but maintenance came out and promptly and fixed it. The food at the restaurants was good. It was what I expected. The beach was nice as well. Many kids activities were advertised but upon showing up often the never happened or times were changed without notice. Overall, we enjoyed our time there but probably won’t stay again.

Best Vacays Ever
Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible, the beach was stunning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were beautiful, safe, and impeccably clean—truly a 5-star resort. However, it would enhance the overall experience if guests could fully enjoy their vacation without feeling pressured by salespeople to purchase packages. Asking once is more than sufficient, rather than being approached multiple times a day. Thank you, we will definitively be back!

The resort is well kept. The buildings, rooms & landscaping are kept clean & beautiful. The gardeners are very nice to provide fresh coconuts from the trees. The buffet & restaurants has good variety and delicious. All the staff are very pleasant, professional and courteous. Pescador & Il Tartufo were excellent. The resort shuttle was convenient. The Paseo Ecologico was great with turtles, guinnea pigs, ducks and SO MANY beautiful Peacocks! The beaches are beautiful and the bar/drinks/bartenders are great! Housekeeping is attentative. The activities was a bit confusing on the location & some were probably canceled due to weather but overall AquaCise was great & Halloween was excellent but Zumba should be scheduled earlier than 5pm due to dinner schedules. 2 rooms were not fully ready upon check-in with missing towels & mini-bar drinks. The room phone worked sometimes. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our 8-day stay at the resort with a total group of 10 family members. Thank you Bavaro Princess for making our trip to Punta Cana fully of fun memories & a wonderful vacation!

Positive thing is that was a great food. We booked 3 rooms, however one of the rooms the bedding sheet was dirty and in another one the tv wasn’t working properly, rooms smell like mold really bad. Also there are people with pink shirts and you think they are transport thru the resort and they ended up convencing you with lies about a VIP breakfast for the next day courtesy of the hotel which is not truth and they are an agency trying to sell packages for later in other counties, we spent literally 2 hrs with them and they acted mad because we weren’t interested. That really made us irritated cuz we tried to leave and they kept trying. that shouldn’t happen on a resort. Also I request before the trip and during the trip some decor for 2 birthdays and none was done. I’m very disappointed to be honest. Was expecting more costumer service.
