My Super Bowl Sunday!
Booked hotel to enjoy SuperBowl Sunday relaxing and watching the game with my significant other. Check in was flawless but noticed shortly after checking in the hotel did not offer the channel for the game. TV was equipped with Screen mirroring but was not connected to WiFi. Brought this to the attention of front desk and they seems very uninterested and offer very little to no options. Mind it was 1 hour after we checked in. I asked the front desk if there was any chance of refunding due to the lack of help and no solution, they reached out to manager to check and was given a no.
Understand the no refund more the I understand the lack of help trying to rectify the situation. I’m not going to completely blast all I found wrong but never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have local channels. Was very frustrated and ended up leaving and getting another hotel right down the road that accommodated all needs (Hilton Garden Inn)
