Little communication during check in, although we had never stayed before.
Hot tub out of service and no notification.
Pool sensor broke and access to the pool was impossible for the whole morning.
Our shower wouldnt drain properly, they "fixed it" but the problem remained.
We attempted to get a quick dinner at the Bistro downstairs, simple .eals were selected and it took over an hour to get our food, baked mac and cheese was not baked and has no seasoning, chicken fingers were overcooked and dry. Very disappointing for a hotel restaurant.
Upon check out they were unable to take multiple payment methods so the adults could split the room costs. Then they charged 2 cards the full amount of the stay.
Still waiting to see the deposit returned from the stay as well.
Needless to say, we will not be going back.
