DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY.
I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted after a long day. No contact was wver made with this company. I ohoned, left voicemails, and texted.
Expedia had to be contacted throught their help chat and i was eventually put through to a human after i was "expedited" to the urgent request line. Expedia was not helpful at first and could also not contact the tjis vendor. I was put through to Expedia relocation and they helped find accomodations for the renainder of my trip and paid for any additonal costs.
Expedia please ban this vendor. This is not their first issue after i found all the reviews onlinem. I always use expedia for my vacarion needs ans i habe never had an issue until now.

Our reservation was actually cancelled the night before we were due to arrive due to "maintenance issues." Thank goodness I had booked through Hotels.com and they did a great job finding a replacement but I was literally sitting on the airplane getting ready to take off when a replacement was found. We have stayed at this resort in the past so took a chance with an individual owner but won't do that again. Thank you to Hotels.com for saving our vacation!
This facility left me "high and dry". Could not communicate with them until I was on the Island- at the condo when they told me it was not available due to A/C issue. I had to book a resort room at $350/night to replace this.
Do not book this facility.
On the day I was leaving for Kauai, Expedia called to say the organization managing this lodging couldnât support my visit.
I had been attempting to communicate with the organization prior to coming and was told they would get a hold of me with details on my stay and how to check in.
I had also been in communications with Expedia (prior to the day of my departure) to let them know Iâd heard nothing about the details of my visit. They kept pushing it back on the organization and couldnât assist me.
Finally, 6 hours before my flight departed Expedia contacted me and I had to settle for lodging that was less than I had been promised by the company on Expediaâs site. It went from a 1 bedroom on the beach to a suite at another resort on the beach.
Cancelled our reservation without an email or explanation. When we reached Kuaui thatâs when we got to know that they have canceled and no place to stay and everything was booked.Very unprofessional and very bad experience.
