We booked a deluxe room, as this one was bigger and they claimed it would have a king-size bed. We got a room which was not deluxe as it was smaller and with 2 separate 1 person beds. After asking we were moved to a room which was slightly bigger and with a double bed.
The room and bathroom seemed clean and the hotel bar was nice to have an affordable drink. The breakfast was really good, but a bit expensive. Location of the hotel is not ideal, but with short walk (5 min) and streetcar (10min) or a 45 min walk you can be at the city center.
The bed was not too soft or too hard, but very small while claiming to have king-size beds. I am 1,92M long and the bed is no longer than 1,8m. Also the sheets were very small (2 one-person sheets), luckily it was not cold in the room. There is a minibar in the room but no free coffee or tea.
Hot water run out on the last day and the staff claimed it would work soon, after an hour it was still cold and they claimed it was due to that they were fully booked. I find this quite unacceptable for a room which costs around 90 euro’s per night excluding breakfast. The staff waived the city tax as compensation.
All taken into account the hotel is average and a bit expensive.
