Honest Review
On the website, it says no dogs allowed so I emailed out of curiosity to make sure that I cannot bring my small dog, which Hosteeva said “No.” However, we get to the property and passing individuals rooms, there were dogs. In addition, there are signs posted on the property stating to take dogs to the designated area. We were highly upset because we had to leave our dog behind, which was unfair. Next, we get to our room, there’s mold on the outside top corner before entering the room. There’s mold on one of the lamps in the sitting area. One of my family members has COPD, so she became ill from the moldy smell. One of the showers was not working in the restroom. It took two phone calls and an email before the maintenance personnel came to fix a shower. Finally, the maintenance personnel came but entered our room while we were not present, left the tub dirty and the shower still did not work! The lobby area of the property smells like mold/unpleasant scent. The wall and cabinets are dirty. There’s dust on the walls and other furniture in the room. The room that was given to us was outdated, especially the small restrooms. The bedrooms do not get very cold like the sitting and kitchen area. We paid a great amount for a condo room that we did not feel comfortable in, smells, and has outdated areas. The room should have been prepared and cleaned more than it should have. My family member is ill because of the room. This is the worst experience ever and will never book again.
