The place was easy to find, it has a great location. I think overall it was a good option except it is located close to a nightlife area and I could hear the loud music from the clubs until 5 am.

Very noisy, you can't sleep
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The big problem with this property is the location next to bars, night life and restaurants. The noise at night is really annoying and you can't sleep. This noise problem is 4 or 5 nights a week.

Good stay
The hotel has a great location and is very convenient. The apartments are comfortable and the common areas (rooftop & coworking space) are really great. The only two callouts I have are: - two lightbulbs were not working which makes me wonder how could they have not been noticed through regular cleaning and maintenace? - on a Tuesday night the restaurant/bar across the street had a live band playing extremely loud until 11PM. I understand this is a lively area but it was extreme. Once they finished playing it was totally comfortable and we were able to sleep

The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Karla and Amado are truly wonderful. Every request I had, they took with a smile and made sure to fulfill. The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible. The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed. The bathroom would benefit from extra hooks. Other than that, i would definitely come back.

A good property/location - missing some details
This is a generally good property, with nice design details and a great location. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. However, we had 5 less-than-optimal situations: 1) Entry experience - we were provided a keypad deadbolt code with instructions that were not specific (did not specify a certain button had to be pressed after code), prompting the door to sound an alarm after too many attempts. This was negligible and were willing to ignore. 2) Air conditioning unit collected condensation and started to drip/pour a stream onto the bed. After asking property to look into it, and having them confirm having fixed, it persisted the following day. 3) The water went off for about 12 hours one evening into the morning. This might have just been bad luck, but we had to go get a jug of water to brush our teeth and do our nighttime routines 4) We might have forgotten about this, very small detail, but upon arrival they didn’t have a towel set for us, just a hand-towel by the bathroom sink. The folks were very quick to provide, however. Not a big deal. 5) Upon arrival, we noticed one of the roller blinds had detached and fallen. The crew promptly fixed it the following day, so no big deal. Overall - a good stay. But I can’t bring myself to giving 4 stars when the basics were not being met: Consistent running water, reliable cooling system, privacy/blinds. The team can easily fix these with a bit more attention to detail, would prompt travelers to give this property a chance.
