The room itself was nice and cozy, and the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience the first night significantly impacted my stay.
There was extremely loud music playing after 10 p.m., which resulted in several noise complaints. It took the hotel over an hour to address the issue. Throughout the night, there was also a dog running and sliding across the floor, making it difficult to sleep. I was told nothing could be done due to the dog being a service animal.
The pool itself was relaxing, but it was filled with younger adults who felt it was acceptable to race, jump, and do flips in the pool, which took away from the calm experience I was hoping for.
While the room was comfortable, the lack of timely noise control and enforcement of hotel policies was disappointing. For these reasons, I would not return.
