Not for people with pet allergies
Unfortunately the first time I stayed here on January 10th, the sink would not drain. I decided to give them another chance and book on my return trip for January 19th and they gave me a room that smelled like pet dander, which really triggered my allergies. So I had to go out and buy additional products to sterilize the room and make it smell a little bit more better for my liking so that I would not have an allergic reaction. No one advised me if the room had been one where a pet was previously. Upon checking out I was going to pay for parking in cash however the young lady stated that I could not. Well, when I stayed there January 10th I was able to pay in cash for my parking so there was some inconsistency on the rules and regulations of how people can settle their bill

Fair at Hyatt House
Airport transfer a total nightmare, as airline crew can bump passengers off shuttle. We called ahead, shuttle came, refused to board us because airline crew showed up. We waited another 45 min after flying all day, and calling twice more. They need another van! Hyatt House much more dated than Hyatt Place across street. Booked House in error. The BEST thing was GREAT front desk folks! Diplomatic, kind, and helpful!

Rooms too nice to have dirty floors!
The floors in the rooms were very dirty. I stepped out of the shower onto the white towel. I picked up the wet towel, and it was black streaks on it. Looks like house keeping was mopping with a dirty mop.

A home away from home
Excellent property!! We love the complimentary courtesy airport shuttle and the complimentary breakfast. We love the full kitchen and separate living room. Shopping and various restaurants available within walking distance. The only hold back was that there’s no bath tub and courtesy shuttle to the cruise port would’ve been nice.

Overall this is a very good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the room did not have a desk or a work area. The photos show a desk so that is misleading. The service is outstanding. About 1 hours after check in, I received a call from the young lady that checked me in, asking if the room was ok and if I needed anything. That rarely ever happens anymore. Well done! With all of this said, I won't return because it's unacceptable to pay $15 a day to park in a hotel parking lot next to a take out Chinese restaurant . Seriously? Do better Hyatt. My bad for not reading the fine print when booking.
