Hotel is in a special and good location, we are happy to stay 3 nights here. We can accept the apartment being old and broken condition even smelly in the apartment lobby, we can accept the broken condition in the water park, but we had a very terrible experience at the restaurant for the first day lunch when waiting check-in. Their restaurant staff totally hated us sitting in and asked for lunch but they did say yes for serving our lunch when we walked in, then the nightmare started at waiting, ordering and foods everything… again same experience for the breakfast next day, we can accept simple food but we can not accept the restaurant staff’s poor service attitude. A lot of families, more than 4 members, stay in the hotel, but hundreds of table setting are all separated, we did not mind to combine it my ourself but the staff yelling at us, said it is not allowed. It is OK for not allowed if most customers travelled alone here, but most customers here are family group, why the hotel management did not make part of the tables for 4 persons, and part of tables for 6-8 persons? It is a simple observation issue, how can a 4-5 stars Splash Beach hotel management keeps blind for this? Maybe the answer is simple, they do not care. What is a waste for this spacious and special good location hotel. I will come again and try to stay longer in the villa, but hope the hotel management can wake up. Thanks
