The room was very clean. There was plenty of room for luggage and winter clothing and equipment. The bed was comfortable with lots of bedding. Doors had secure deadbolt locks. The room had a microwave and refrigerator and table and chairs. Nice view out the window.

Great location,
We have stayed here several times in the past 10 years. The location is perfect for Nordic skiing and walking access to the shops in Winthrop. The rooms have not been updated at all and they are showing it. Towels and bed linens were gray. No cleaning or freshening was done all week. Had to ask for toilet paper.

Our go-to place to stay in Winthrop. Clean spacious rooms right next to the river, and a most excellent restaurant (fine dining) right across the street. The WiFi is quite slow (perhaps a temporary issue?), and it would be great if the towels were a little nicer, but all in all, highly recommended.
