Disappointed with the check in service. When I arrived the receptionist stated that I needed to pay and when informed her I paid £&$, she replied that is her 10years of being there she had never had that price! Made me feel like a liar, even when showed her the receipt and the evidence of paying the exact amount she made me wait while she ‘investigated’. So embarrassing in front of other guests as a queue began to form. Then said reluctant she’d give me a key and be in touch if a problem. Whixh I replied there won’t be as I have proof!!! Such a negative start to the stay. On leaving no apology for any of it. Them in morning woke up at 6am with fire alarm going off and again no apology for that apart from it was a guests fault!
