Management here are completely unreasonable and dishonest. After our first night here, which was fine, I approached the hotel manager for room service and, after ignoring my request, he asked us to leave in exchange for a refund when I became upset that he wasn't listening. I have two small children and was initially alarmed that he would even suggest us to leave over a simple request for our room to be serviced, which the lodge manual in the room specifically says is done daily. Then, he brings the room service lady over and, instead of doing a quick service, she blames my husband for not asking for the room to be serviced when she came into the room earlier and handed him towels (we assumed she'd come back later when we were gone). At this point, it was clear to me that they weren't going to service the room, which is upsetting, but not the end of the world albeit inconvenient and not in line with the service agreement in their room. However, I no longer felt safe staying there as they kept insisting we did something wrong, even though we didn't. So, I took him up on the offer to leave for our money back, which he obviously agreed to as it was his idea to bring with. However, when we put the refund request in, our refund was repeatedly refused by the hotel for a different reason each time.
