When checking out, I informed my email address to the reception as the receipt will be sent via email. However, after the day, I didn’t receive any email.
I contacted the hotel by both this hotels.com chat and their email address (2 times). However, so far, I am not receiving any email for 2 week now. So that I am not able to claim the reimbursement to my company as this was the business trip. I hope I can get the reply from them as soon as possible.
The room and staying experience itself is okay, but the problem is that I cannot receive the receipt and no reply at all.
