Courtyard suites grass Valley
I recently stayed at the Courtyard Suites in Grass Valley, California, after booking through the Hotels.com app. The hotel's advertisement showcased a beautiful stone building, which I assumed was the hotel itself. However, upon arrival, I realized that this was not the case, and I felt deceived into booking a hotel that didn't meet my expectations.In addition to this, the room we stayed in had several issues. The bathtub with hot tub jets was problematic, as the jets were covered in mold, and there were spiderwebs in the corner of the bathroom behind the toilet paper roll. Moreover, the noise disturbances were quite frustrating. On Saturday night, there was a party upstairs with people running back and forth, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the neighboring room had children who kept knocking on the adjoining door. all in general this book was totally deceiving and I would’ve never stayed there. I thought I was staying in a beautiful stone building.
