Stayed here for 6 nights for a family vacation. The condo is very spacious, has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 1 queen bed and one with 2 queen beds, which was very convenient as our two daughters had a separate bedroom and each had her own bed. Each bedroom has a washroom with a bath and a shower. There is a family room, a dining area, a kitchen and a washroom downstairs. The beds have extremely uncomfortable spring mattresses, so the night sleep in these beds is a torture. Bring your own shampoo, as you are given a one night supply for the entire stay. The condo is not cleaned during your stay. They are saving costs, so they kept only 1 light bulb in every chandelier, which felt unnecessary.
Finding the place for the first time is a challenge. The Maps GPS took us to a different place, so we had to call the manager and ask her for directions, and even with her help it was not easy to find. The service person came when we arrived to collect the $100 maintenance fee and gave us an overview of the island attractions and things to do.
You must have a car as nothing is a walking distance from this place. Supermarket is 3 min drive away, so it was easy to buy groceries and we made our own breakfast every morning. Good beaches are anywhere between 20 to 40 min drive. Downtown and Paradise Island are about 20-25 min drive. Get this place if you have a larger group and you are on a budget. Otherwise go with a resort.
