Extremely pleasant staff. Easy access to taxis yet within walkable distance to city center. Views of the city walls, San Felipe Fort and Santa Popa Convent. Hotel is housed in colonial era buildings with tiled roofs and floors, inner patios and high wood beam ceilings but with all the modern comforts. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The name definitely fits this hotel!
The hotel allowed us to drop our bags off early, they stored them in a locked storeroom. The staff was friendly and offered directions to sights we wanted to see. At the time of checkin a staff member carried our bags up to our beautiful room. This hotel is gorgeous! The room was perfect! The bed was more comfortable than my own at home! If I am ever back in this part of the world I will stay here! I highly recommend the luxury hotel in Getsemani Colombia it measures up to its name!

Great location and friendly staff. I had issues with the air conditioner leaking and a leak in the bathroom but to be fair I didn’t report it until checkout. Breakfast was good and great staff. It’s walkable to all the action but well placed to be able to rest at night without hearing the parties. The pool was being repaired but we got a chance to visit the pool ata a neighboring hotel.
