Extremely disappointed with the poor condition of the property and the overall service, the old and filthy room and furnishings. The photos online were clearly altered and did not reflect the reality of what we encountered.
We paid extra for a room with a balcony, but balcony door was broken, curtains were ripped, and the street noise was unbearable. Despite the place having other available rooms, the staff was unresponsive and unaccommodating, and we had to file a complaint through Hotels.com to be moved to a different room.
The electronic keypad to our room stopped working due to a low battery, causing significant inconvenience. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the issue was never resolved. The iron in our room was also broken.
After 3 days, we requested fresh towels and did not receive it as the front desk had no access to the towel room due to access code change!!! And we went without fresh towels for the duration of our stay.
The water pressure was insufficient, making it difficult to shower or wash dishes. The windows were filthy and none functional. The elevator broke on day 3 of our stay and was not repaired until after we left on day six.
While the location is convenient, being close to the beach and other attractions, the poor condition of the property and the lack of proper service made our stay incredibly unpleasant. I am left wondering how this property was even listed on Hotels.com, as this experience has severely damaged my trust in your platform.
