Everything was great as far, as the room itself and the location. What I didn’t care for was the $30.00 Cdn we had to pay for amenities, soap, shampoo, coffee pods. That seemed extreme and if I had noticed that initially I probably wouldn’t have booked.

For a 2 star place it is OK. Having no one to talk (no reception!) to is a creepy experience. No guidance: go figure out for yourself! Rooms are OK, clean, though small. No view, curtains have to be closed for privacy, so you are basically in a boxed in prison!

We love the townhouse lodge. Easy access to check in/check out. It’s great for pets, very client, rooms are updated and very modern. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row now and love it.

Everything from the room to the grounds was excellent in appearance to the comfort level. So many things to do near by that we chose to walk. The pool is beautiful and plenty of places to grill.

The bed was horrible. I felt like we slept in a lasagna pan. As soon as you got in bed there was a 5-6 in drop in the mattress. The king felt like a full size bed. It was the worst mattress I ever slept on. Also there was an antiseptic smell in the room like somebody smoked in the room and they sprayed the a/c to hide the smell. There was also a pack of cigarettes hidden behind the bathroom mirror. Parking was also horrendous. There were not enough spaces for the number of rooms where we were. Part of that was that there was always a property labeled truck in one of the spots each day. That should be parked out of the way to allow parking for guests. There was a tropical storm passing and there was no local channels to see the local weather on the news. Definitely not worth the price.

The only complaint was, there weren’t towels at the room, you must go to the lobby to grabbed it. Not personal at all. We didn’t have any problems, because with the towels there was a note. If stay again? Definitely yes.

It's hard to review this as some things were very good and others not so much. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the lobby was cute, and the location was convenient. They had a nice firepit, which we didn't use, and we didn't check out the pool, but noticed it had a padlock on it so expect it was unavailable anyways. Maybe due to the heavy amount of rain, I don't know. There were some negatives that would prevent us from staying there again. First, we were supposed to get our room # and code by email by 2:00pm the day of check-in; we did not, so had to call and request it and wait for it to arrive. It wasn't a huge deal but still, kind of inconvenient. Then when we arrived to our room, there was a mattress (old?) propped up against the outside wall outside of our room the entire time, which was weird and kind of unpleasant and felt junky. We couldn't seem to get the Keurig to work in our room (we have one at home, so we're familiar with the equipment) or in the lobby, so had to dash out to McD's down the street for morning coffee. Again, not a big deal but inconvenient. There was no hair dryer in the room nor in the lobby, but that's on me for not reading the room amenities closer. I didn't bother calling for one. Lastly, we received an email of a receipt upon check-out, but it was for someone else - another credit card # (not ours). Strange. I had to check our credit card to make sure we weren't charged duplicate or in error (we weren't).

Wonderful!
Great location just a short walk from the Main Street in town. Easy access to restaurants and shopping, yet quiet and low key. Large room with wood floor(so no dirty carpet) comfortable bed, walk in shower with refrigerator and microwave. Room was very clean and good space to store belongings. Nice big soft towels. Pool was nice for a dip after a hot day. The office had a complete kitchen and ice machine. One night we ate leftovers from dining out with some salmon we cooked in the oven. Nice patio outside to eat on. Grill available. The check in was done online with a key sent to your phone with a combo for the door as well. I found this convenient and easy. The office also had pool towels and any supplies you might need. Great stay and I would highly recommend. Very clean which is important to me! Great location and nice room. Very enjoyable stay.

What a great location. We walked across the street and ended up renting a boat to tour lake placid and go tubing. Had fun in the heated pool after. Their suite was great for our family so we had a room for the kids and a kitchenette for snacks.
