Nice hotel in a great location
Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons. The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away from This Hotel!
We (me my pregnant wife and children) had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to the unethical behavior of the staff. They were dishonest and tried to cheat us out of money at every opportunity. For example, they lied about the price of a swimming cap, charging us more than the actual cost (we later found out it was only 5 Euros). When we confronted them, instead of addressing the issue calmly, they started yelling at us. We chose not to argue further. Additionally, there was bottled water in the fridge with no price tag anywhere in the room, yet they charged us 8 Euros for it. When I questioned this, one of the staff members refused to let me accompany him to the room and returned after 10 minutes with a so-called "price list"—highly suspicious behavior. Room cleaning was supposed to be included, but the bed sheets were never changed during our three-day stay. To make matters worse, they expected us to clean the room ourselves! Breakfast was also a letdown—bland and repetitive, with the same tasteless croissants every day. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The reception staff are unethical and dishonest, and the service is far from what you’d expect. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Central location nr Monastery Santa Chiara. Really helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was OK but glad we took our own muesli. The swimming pool is really excellent for lap-swimmers, but note that you'll need a rubber hat and the published hours for hotel guests are quite restrictive: 11.00-13.00 and 20.00-22.00 only. Mind you, there didn't seem to be anything or anybody stopping you from swimming at other times. Tis hotel was fantastic value and a pleasant surprise after some of the reviews I've read.

A bit soulless
A strange hotel, it seemed to be a swimming pool, gym and health centre with a hotel tacked on the side as an after thought. Our room was spacious but the air con was a bit hit and miss. We had a lovely large balcony but no furniture on it so it wasn’t useable. The room had so much glazing to keep the temperature down the curtains had to be kept closed. Whilst a good location it was prone to a bit of noise late at night. Naples itself is full of graffiti and litter and the area around the hotel was no different. Breakfast was really poor - one cup of coffee free any extra had to be paid for, food selection wasn’t good either. The guy serving coffee in the morning was friendly but one of the receptionists was very rude and didn’t really want to help us when the air con stopped working. The other receptionists seemed friendly enough. Gym was good. Would probably look to stay elsewhere if returning to Naples but only because it was a bit soulless.

Situation idéale pour un city trip napolitain
L’hôtel se situe dans le quartier historique de Naples, quartier central très pratique (1,8km des gares maritime et trains) , quartier très animé donc la contrepartie est le bruit ... mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Très belle chambre avec balcon et les installations de l’hôtel sont au top ( piscine , 3 salles de fitness extrêmement bien équipées et un sauna) le tout en accès libre et avec une grosse amplitude horaire ( 07h-22h00 en semaine !) . A l’accueil Giuseppe parle français et saura vous conseiller avec beaucoup d’amabilité. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner pas au niveau du tout ... peu varié, juste le minimum. Malgré cela je vous recommande cet hôtel !
