Awesome property! Would 10/10 stay again if we come back to Porto. Was really close to everything on foot. Miguel gave us so many good recommendations and the view from the room is unbeatable!
Thank you guys!!!
Great view from front unit. Within walking distance from most parts of the central area. Also close to the bus station and major suburban bus interchange and tram 22 and funicular. Good kitchen facilities with multilingual instruction booklets in the draw below the tv. Internet and tv were subject to a little interference however this may have been due to inclement weather. Cafes located below and within 1 minute walk. Overall an excellent establishment.
This was a beautiful property and in an excellent location in Porto.
Not a lot of privacy in either sleeping space but adequate. Do not recall any recycling options at this property....
Sophia and Sarah were excellent hosts and arranged an airport pick up for us which was wonderful!
3 nights; comfortable, 1bed+sofa bed, clean; perched in close proximity to the edge of the river; safe; would recommend for it's proximity to downtown and eating places.
This hotel has 6 units in total, 2 on each of 3 floors, very clean and spacious with stove, microwave oven and a washer. It locates at a great and safe area and very close to (10-15 minutes walking) the nearby attractions. We like it very much. Sofia and Sarah are two great contact persons, though they are on site for check-in by appointment only.
Please note that this property has no care taker(s) on site and you are most times on your own. You are given a code to enter the hotel and your room. Also we did not find any AC unit and wonder what to do if the weather is too hot or too cold.
People in Portugal are very nice but there are many foreign pickpockets in Lisbon and Porto too. Please be careful and watch up.
This unit is beautifully renovated with a fantastic view of the Duoro and Porto. We appreciated the amenities, especially the washing machine. The little cafe downstairs served our favorite Francescina in Porto and was our first stop each morning. The unit is located near many restaurants, shops, and landmarks. We walked almost everywhere (except to the beach). Our hostess gave us great advice about places to visit, and the apartment decorations included works by local artists. I would highly recommend. We ended up extending our stay additional nights.
