Det var trevligt pÄ pÄ ett sÄ litet boende.
Var en bit in till Edinburgh men vi har varit dÀr sÄ mycket sÄ det var inte det viktigaste för oss denna gÄng.
Personalen var trevlig.
NÀra trafikerad vÀg, men bra isolering nÀr man stÀngde.
Beautiful setting and friendly staff. We didnât try the food but it looked delicious.
Direct route on the bus into town center, very handy - would be a great place to stay for any rugby at Murryfield (just down the road a short trip on the local bus)
An overnight stay for an early morning check in at Edinburgh Airport with airport bus stop a 5 minute walk away.
Staff very nice.
Had an issue with bathroom door but taken on board by staff and rectified very quickly.
Would stay again.
Confusing check in process. Restaurant staff is your only point of contact. When restaurant closes, you have no one to reach out to (Only open 10a-10p). Uncomfortable bed in a tiny room. Room not well cleaned.
Wanted convenient hotel..not in the heart of the city and not at the airport.. with restaurant to spend our last 2 days in Scotland. Room was well appointedâŠlarge rain shower. Restaurant and bar were busy with localsâŠgreat food, service, selection at reasonable prices. Thanks to Mike for a warm welcome and help in getting around
The staff were amazing and friendly and very helpful. We honestly couldn't have asked for better staff.
We booked a Deluxe King Room and we were disappointed as it was rather a small room. In the description for the room there was a cappuccino machine (as well as a kettle) heating and the room was soundproof. There was a kettle but no cappuccino machine, the heating was a space heater that was rather noisy when turned on. and the room was most definitely not soundproofed as we could hear the music from the bar downstairs and our tv when we went into the hall. But the most disappointing thing was the bed. It was so uncomfortable. We could feel every spring in the mattress and none of us slept at all.
Also there were two lights out in the bathroom so we were basically showering in darkened room.
The people were great but I would hardly call this a hotel. The rooms were tiny and nothing like the photos on the web. There was no lobby and you entered the room from an outside concrete stairway. I would call it a couple of rooms above a bar rather than a hotel. There wasnât even a chair to sit on in the room.
