The property is in very bad shape. We booked a family vacation for 3 nights, arriving late in the evening. I carried my sleeping daughter into the room, and found it to be filthy; stains on the bedding, stains on the floor, calcium and mold buildup in the bathroom. I text the front desk to ask for a cancellation effective the the following morning given my kid was already asleep; they obliged, and the following morning I asked for a full refund. The refund was received, but not before the front desk attempted to negotiate several different price points, advocating that I received "free parking" and needed to at least cover the resort fee. Showing photos of the room, including blood stains on the bedding, allowed the refund to process. It was fairly frustrating - honestly, we just wanted to have an easy family vacation, not begin the trip by relocating - but we shifted to a new hotel and had a nice experience.
