I’ll start with the fact that their employee was purposely hired to work at 10:30 PM delivering a shipment that had been there for over 24 hours at that point on carts that make obnoxious noises going up and down concrete hallways that have grooves that it pops loudly over. This went on For over a half hour even though I repeatedly called and let them know it woke my toddler up out of a dead sleep and he was screaming and crying because of the sound of it scared him. the next day I spoke with the manager and he let me know that he had purposely scheduled this to happen And found it perfectly reasonable and acted like I was the problem.
The room had an unbelievable amount of paint peeling, and things tearing away in the bathtub. There was no drain stopper to even give my toddler a bath. The sheets are awful. The breakfast is mediocre at best.
I will never stay in this entire chain again, that’s how bad this was. And to give perspective, I used to travel for a living. I’ve never been treated this badly.
On top of the fact that he said he was not going to stop allowing noises like that to occur that late at night, He also informed me that because I had booked through Hotels.com that I would need to call them to call him in order to get me any sort of reimbursement, which was his idea in the first place, I hadn’t even asked about money. I just wanted them to never do this to anybody again.
Do NOT stay here
