Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lethbridge, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was charged an unbelievable $2,800 for a stay that was only supposed to cost $820, and they put six separate transactions on my card. Resolving this has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming.
The room was filthy and had an overpowering stench, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. When I approached the staff to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful responses, and it felt like they didn’t care about providing basic service, let alone fixing the billing mistake.
This experience has left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. For anyone considering this hotel, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a clean, comfortable room and honest service.
