I called ahead of time and was told "yes we accept pets" When we got there we were told "no pets" and they were very rued. I couldn't be refunded because I booked through Hotels. We had to find a different hotel to stay at.
No clean towels bought, they sat outside my room and listened to my conversation. I will sue for the night i didnt get when i booked online.they would not answer the phone so i could cancel the first night..there were huge holes in screened windows.$75 was a travesty for the bad stay we had.i am reporting then to better business bureau
Our worst experience ever. We were accosted at our car, and accused of sneaking our dog in. We did not-we paid the $15 âextra guest chargeâ which the desk clerk told us was the pet fee. She left and came back, accusing us again.
Room smelled terrible. Desk clerk was very nice, but she canât save the whole stay.
Weâre very disappointed, and definitely will NOT stay again.
The workers are so rude its crazy the walls were black, sheets had burn holes and smelt like stank bugs... id never ever go back unkess i was desperate worse hotel ive ever been to. Yuck!
Per the hotel.com mostly 3 star reviews we thought this would be an ok stop for one night. You could tell they have been making improvements but the bathroom was dirtier than a gas station public restroom. Also we woke up to a leaking bathroom ceiling and no one in the office to tell about it.
If you look up reviews not on hotels.com it gave a more accurate picture of the hotel. Mostly 1star.
Trailway has a microwave for the entire property outside downstairs next to the dryer, washer is inside next to ice machine, there was a big crack in the shower wall, they still use keys for the door with a chain lock, their are dead bolts but the bolt is missing. Saturday night some one blared rap with heavy bass until midnight. There are a lot of long term residents.
