We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, we were only spending 3-4 hours there before leaving for an early flight. For something affiliated with Wyndham Hotels and costing a total of $178 a night we expected a lot better. The lobby was dirty with some equipment stacked in the entrance. The vending machine had a lizard under it and the sheetrock behind it had a hole and was cracked and falling off the wall. The front desk did not have change for the machine, so across the street to the Circle K we went to get water and a snack. The hall leading to our first-floor room was filthy, and the walls were patched but needed paint. The door to our room was battered, and the doorknob was rusty and pitted. The room had a musty smell, and you could hear cars racing outside all night. I tried closing the curtains the best I could, but the exterior lighting still came through. The single upholstered chair had a large stain on it. We piled everything on the desk because it seemed like the only clean surface available. There was black mold in the shower, the tub faucet would not shut off. My husband had to strong-arm it to shut it off, then it just dripped. We had 1 washcloth,1 hand towel, and 1 tiny bar of soap to share between the sink and the shower. The bathroom door was sticky. The bed was ok, but we couldn't sleep. The pillows were tiny, like half-sized, and the AC was noisy, but it still didn't drown out the street noise. Should have slept at the airport. It was bad!
