Was passsing thru the area and it was 90 deg at 6pm so I got a hotel room, instead of camping. Times are tuff so I when with a cheep room and to my surprise it was much nicer then expected, very clean. It was advertised as pet friendly but they charge 10 buck per pet, it would have been good to know a head of time.
I didn't stay there.
The address they advatised not corect. I couldn't find it.
I couldn't find a telephone number or confirmation either.
It was late, so I did a new search and stayed at a different hotel.
Found out it was closed by so I went there to cancel, but they didn't let me cancel. No money back; he as rude and scary place! The parkplace was not lighted enough and mans are gathering around. Glad I didn't stay!
The place was run down. Pool and hot tub was green muddy gross. Pool chair was broken. The whole upstairs residents had open doors with loud music playing. The smell of curry everywhere. The room was clean but the bedding was wrinkled. Tv small.
Hotel.com has not got back to be for a refund.
Itâs be 24 hours now. Waiting
The staff was friendly and did refund me the pet fee but did nothing for the noise. Sad đ
The room was fine, the bathtub was not, very old and I wouldn't want to take a bath in it.
The biggest problem we had was the condition of the pool & jacuzzi, (which is an interesting photo you use - it's of the jacuzzi, but neither of them were in operation and the pool area was closed! We had just purchased a $50 bathing suit for my husband, but couldn't use it for our trip... There should have been mention of this in the reservation information since we always want to utilize the jacuzzi when we travel.
I travel often and am not very picky... but this place was horrendous. Dirty, broken down, dumpsters overflowing in the parking lot and feral cats roaming the place greely. The front desk person abysmal.. long term tenants madecthe place insafe.
In all fairness, I got in VERY late and was just planning to go to sleep for a few hours and then head back on the road again. However, when I got to the room, it was very cold and the heater was taking a long time to start throwing any warm air. Plus, the room clearly was a smoking room and smelled very badly. The toilet paper dispenser was broken, but at least there was a roll available on the window sill. So, I basically used the restroom and then left after a few minutes. I saw that same room which I paid just over $60 for is now advertised on Expedia at just over $250 for a room in February! By all means, do NOT spend that kind of money on this Blythe, CA accommodation.
The property is what you would expect for the price. Nothing fancy, bot bad for our short stay. Pros: cheap, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Cons: dated, everything in room damaged in some way, stains, etc. Itâs honestly a great value if you donât care about aesthetics.
