Great position in Manhattan to stay, on a quiet street filled with stores selling flowers and plants. A short walk to either end of street to find subway entrances, in the area were food stores, takeaway options and coffee. Lobby staff very friendly. Short walking distance to Penn Station, with connections to JFK and Newark airports, as well as subway. Kitchenette was well-stocked, and clean. Bathroom very clean too. However, bins for rubbish did not have lids or bags, which seemed a bit unhygienic. Breakfast was included but I only ate there once, it was always very crowded and noisy, with relatively little space for the number of guests in this hotel. Also waiting for elevators in the mornings really was long. Mostly I walked down from the 3rd floor, but people higher up probably couldn't do this!
