I had a late night check-in (almost 1:00am), I was very tired, when I unpacked everything, including equipment, I realized there was some pubic hairs, and stains on the nightstand, I didn't want to move to another room, the mirror was greasy, it's ok, I cleaned everything, I had to go down and ask for cleaning products, I wasn't going to pack everything and move again to other room.
The mattresses were depleted and very uncomfortable, (I tried changing the beds, but booth need to be flipped or replaced) there was two pillows that smelled extremely rancid, when I came down to get the cleaning products, I asked the front desk staff (after my check in).
And next morning, very early I asked for an extra comforter and the tall lady with ponytail did not send it up, I was still cold, even with the room's AC turned off, so I had to approach the cleaning staff and get one myself.
The location is extremely dangerous, I had to cut my trip short, I was pursued by two different guys on the same street as the hotel, during my stay, and I did NOT know that north Knoxville gotten so bad.
I couldn't even cross the street to grab a bite, or even Cracker Barrel that was super close by, and I wasn't ordering an Uber to go 0.6 miles to eat there.
To top it off, a group of other guys at the hotel told me they were robbed with there in front of Red Lobster, and they had to run back to the hotel.
