Request room to be cleaned. We were told that room would be cleaned the next day but it was not cleaned. Also had to request clean towels This is the second time weâve stayed at this hotel. We will probably not stay there again.
For the price you pay per night, you would expect the room to be in better shape then it was. Our room had peeling paint on the ceilings some of the pictures inside the frames were falling out. The pool was in need of some care with pits in the bottom but it was clean and nice enough to enjoy. Only the ice maker on the first floor was in service and the elevator was weird, you would press the button to go down but sometimes it would go all the way up then down. Overall it was not a bad stay but the price doesn't meet the quality. The employees front desk and cleaning crew were very nice.
this place is run down and dirty. The dust in our room was thick! Idk when it was last cleaned. The fitness center is a joke. They have the requisite Peloton, but it isnt activated so you cant use it..and it still has clip in pedals so unless you travel with those shoes you cant use it. They have a random set of weightsâŠ.some just one of a set. And that room was also very dusty. We avoided eating their breakfast, afraid of lack of cleanliness.
Our stay was great. The breakfast was really good. The workers were all courteous, nice and friendly. To top all of that, checkout was at 12, which put the cherry on top of the stay.This is where we plan to stay every time we come to Moss Point/Pascagoula.
Me and my family love it. The room was super clean beds was comfortableâŠ.The staff was wonderful n very nice and polite they made sure we felt welcome n lovedâŠ.Let not forget that breakfast was super good n fullâŠ.Our overall stay was great n amazing will be booking yall everytime we come downâïžâïžâïž
They do not put water in the rooms for Hilton Honor members. You have to ask at the front desk. All Hilton properties I've visited have coffee/tea available all day in the lobby. This property did not have hot water in the lobby. The container was probably filled in the AM and never touched again. I had to reheat the water in the microwave. This is my second and last time at this property. There is a Holiday Inn Express across the highway which is so much better. Why be loyal as a Hilton Honor member when you cannot get basic amenities.
