The room was ok for an overnight stay but the beds are VERY firm. The tub wasnât dirty but it was rusty and dingy and the shower rod was barely hanging on so we didnât use it. The air conditioner was really noisy and loud but it did serve as white noise for the trucks on the highway which runs along the side of the motel. The phone did not work at all and we never found out the WiFi password. There was no option for breakfast. For the price it was okay for one night.
The room was clean and comfortable. This is good stop for a cheap place to stay. I would stay there again. Staff was efficient. Surrounding hotel site was clean
When i checked in, the gentleman at the front desk had to call someone to verify my reservation. Then he handed me a card to write my name, address and phone number. When i handed the csrd back to him, he still had my drivers license and he wrote my name, driver's license number and my date of birth on the card. Then handed my drivers license back to me. That's the part I'm nervous about. All my info being written on a card for the world to see. I don't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. It had a great price and the room is ok but now im concerned about my personal information.
Liked the older-style "one-floor" design with individual doors - spouse is somewhat handicapped and can't deal with steep interior stairs or inconvenient elevators like the latest "hi-rise modern" hotels. Room was nice...
Surroundings were noisy (mainly a lot of tinny music & loud announcements from car dealer next door?) - seems to go on 24 hrs a day. No fault of the hotel of course. But ID'd this "dealer" and may take up the issue with local authorities, why should hotel clientele have to put up with this all night?
Road noise wasn't too bad, but other people staying there were loud all night and management did nothing to quiet them down. The shower faucet wouldnt engage properly and the water pressure was very low. But the water was pleantiful and hot.
