Stayed for 2 nights beginning of May in a deluxe room, allocated room 2 which is lovely, comfortable, very spacious, with four poster bed, seating area and huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great views from both rooms of the sea and gardens. There is a disadvantage of this as it also facing the bar terrace area so if people are quiet and respectful all good, but could be an issue if not. Also the lift is next to this room which is quite noisy, luckily it wasn't going too much while we were there, but think this should be mentioned on booking or reflected in the price. We didn't have the house keeping do our room as we were only there for 2 nights, but on the first morning we were awakened from our lie in by a rather noisy staff member talking so loudly I could tell you his conversation, which was a bit annoying. The hotel need to train their staff on the importance of keeping their voices hushed when they are around the bedrooms as not all guests are checking out. The hub that they all work from is a couple of doors down so I would keep this in mind if you are booking a deluxe room. One other niggle is the fact that we were hoping to have a swim at the sister hotel as on our booking it said we would get a pass, but even though we paid nearly £400 for 2 nights,we were advised this was £6 extra each. We didn't eat at the hotel as thought breakfast was overpriced, and the dinner menu vegetarian options were not to our taste, and one dish called a cauliflower steak was £17!
