My husband and I thought we were booking a nice hotel. This property had âhourly ratesâ posted in their lobby, indicating exactly what kind of hotel this is. We saw several rooms and all reeked of pot. Buyer beware. After asking for a refund, which was denied by the Imperial hotel as well as by Hotels.com, we left this property, and found a decent hotel 1/2 a mile away.. I will not recommend using either Hotels.com and will not continue booking through them as they allow a property of this nature on their site.
Iâm disgusted and wish to warn anyone or any family what you are in for if you book through Hotels.com or this hotel.
Even if it was free next time, I wouldn't stay there.
No ice
No hangers just three hooks on a wall
No inside chain of lock to secure the room
No chairs to sit on
No kleenex
No shower curtain
A person had to come to the room to set up the TV box.
The lights was awesome! But there was no tables or chairs so had to strictly sit just in bed. Floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet and stuck to wearing flip flops. Mold was in the shower. Holes in the wall and the door knob was broke. It was a good time but wont be returning.
Housekeeping staff not good. Depending on the receptionist, they will not care about your concerns⊠took 2 hours to get towels. Also donât expect them to communicate anything like the water for the entire motel to be temporarily cut off⊠if I were to go back, Iâd go prepared to not communicate with them for help⊠they are NOT helpful.
I had to pay cash still even though I paid online the lady behind the front desk was rude and yelling I paid because I didnât want to let my wife down after promising her a night a peace and quiet room was nice though
