Swissotel is an incredible resort! I came here with my 2 year old child, husband and the grandparents, and it truly had something for everyone. The buffet is huge with so much choice, and I wouldnât miss the a la carte options either. What made it even more special is the extra care and attention provided by our guest relations specialist Aya Ashraf, who checked on us every step of the way, and even helped us make certain changes to improve the quality of our stay, and reservations in restaurants etc. We really appreciated her warmth and hospitality!!
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and they put on a wonderful New Years Celebration and show. I felt that daily activities weren't very well advertised, there was a list but not timing and location indicated. Found out on the last day that there was yoga daily on the beach? As an English speaking family, we were the minority here with most people speaking Russian, not sure if other hotels perhaps market more to English speaking countries. May not matter to some but hard to meet others with that barrier. Only one pool was heated so all of the waterslide pools were very cold so we didn't get to take advantage of that amenity much, which is why we booked this hotel in the first place. There was also no noticeable tour booking support for day trips etc, we ended up walking down the street to a local place and had good service there but felt it was odd to not have this service more in your face at the hotel. Overall, staff were kind and it was clean and had wonderful food. All of the a la carte restaurants were included.
I never right a review. This time I have to. The managers in this property are really bad the worst I have seen even I have been in more than 60 countries but never sen manages like in this resort, rude, donât care about customers at all.The heating is not working in the winter in 5 starts resort and the managers donât admit it or want to do anything about it. Really bad the mangers.
Turkish personnel Mr.suleyman is the best employee ever. Our child has a food allergy and the other employees has no idea about allergies. Other than that, service and maintanence guys are very helpful.

staff and management was really kind and supporting, especially we had a very great experience at Aqua bar with Mr. Temer, our housekeeping staff, Mr. Ganji and Mr. Mohammad were great people day did good service and also they make some decoration during making up the room, this is a new resort. I am sure that they are gonna be the best but since itâs new, there is some minor problems and I feel that they are trying to fix everything.
