Never experienced worst service than this
These people didn't even speak english. Let alone have a heart to listen to me and my family story. Wouldn't even let us talk and put their hands in the air as if they didn't understand. They did not let us get our room, because I lost my wallet at the beach. I did not have ID to be able to get access to the room and they wouldn't take any other form of ID then the ones that I lost at the beach. I even had pictures of my real ID that I took a while back for getting some other license stuff figured out. When I pulled them up they spoke at me, not to me, in Spanish with their hands up in the air as if they didn't want to even listen to my story. I already paid for the room and everything. My 7-year-old son and my wife were very disappointed when we were unable to access our room. On a side note, the entire town was rented out and we ended up having to rough it in the Oregon Badlands. What a terrible set of human scum to not even be able to let me access a room I had already paid for.
