6/10 – Goed

It's a little older than it shows in the pictures! I was quite surprised.
The room was inconveniently arranged, as a result there was very little space for luggage.
So the room was old and a little shabby, atleast I could see they put an effort into making it clean. And it had all the ammenities... So maybe you just get what you pay for?
This is what I got:
-normal size, but weirdly arranged room
-en suite bathroom (shower+bath, sink, toilet)
-toothbrush+paste, razor, comb
-there's a fridge
-a desk & two stools
-a box of tissues
-a huge tv (I didn't use tho)
-a large single bed
-two or three clothes hangers
-two mugs for tea/coffee (hot & cold water were in the lobby downstairs)
-there is a coinlaundry place in the neighbourhood
-wi-fi internet (worked properly for me)
-towels (and maybe a robe, can't remember)
I think that's about it.
The staff was kind, spoke proper english. Atleast the one guy was/did. I didn't speak to the female staffmember...
The surrounding area, Okubo, also known as Korea town, is really nice. Very lively, and well connected to the interesting parts of Tokyo (Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya).
The hotel is near to both the Okubo station and the Shin-Okubo station. You could also take a short walk towards Shinjuku.
There's enough shops, conbini's, cafe's, karaoke, arcade-halls,restaurants, banks, etc around so that's very convenient. And if you're into K-pop, this place will be fun for you!!
