First, the location is quite inconvenient, as there are no commercial facilities nearby—no restaurants, shops, or services within walking distance.
On the positive side, the property itself is very new, and the room includes a kitchen. However, it was disappointing to find that there were no cooking utensils provided, which makes the kitchen essentially unusable.
Another issue was the lack of basic amenities in the room. There were no face towels—only bath towels and hand towels were available.
At night, the front desk closes and is secured with a rolling shutter, which makes the place feel more like an apartment building rather than a hotel, and it can be a bit unsettling.
The most unacceptable part of the stay was that the entire hotel only has four hair dryers available for guests, which is extremely inconvenient.
Overall, while the hotel is new, several important details need improvement to meet basic hospitality expectations.
